Antenatal care with facilities for CTG and Ultrasonography is available. High risk labour cases are managed with continuous foetal heart monitoring. Painless labour (Obstetric Analgesia) is offered to those who request for it. All complicated Gynecological procedures are undertaken here. Facilities for laparoscopic removal of ovarian cysts and fibroid uterus, Laparoscopic hysterectomy and surgery for endometriosis are available. Hysteroscopy is also done.

Infertility Clinic

Infertility Clinic is conducted by Dr. A. V. Ramachandran on all Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. A couple oriented approach is employed and patients with male factor problems are dealt with by the Urologist. Follicular Sonography and Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) is routinely done here and ours is the first center to do IUI at Thrissur.
